The problem
Nezasa’s initial website was more of an online brochure than a functional, lead-generating platform. The site’s design was outdated, user experience was poor, and it did little to convey the value of Nezasa’s products or services.
With the onset of COVID-19, the urgency to rebuild the marketing strategy and improve the digital presence became critical.
